Job Description:

1. Provides advice and guidance to all levels of the organization regarding structuring of export and import transactions, customs duties etc.
2. Provides technical advice on matters such as classification, valuation, record keeping, country of origin, duty drawback, pre-entry review, post-entry review, broker management, and/or export controls.
3. Develops and implements import / export policies, practices and procedures.
4. Plans and carry out regular audit of processes and audits to ensure compliance with the support from internal audit team / external advisor.
5. Keeps abreast of local developments and changes in customs and trade rules and regulations.
6. Develops and delivers training and updates concerning compliance risk areas, trends, and existing laws and regulations and developments in applicable laws and regulations.
7. Supported by regional indirect tax manager, partners with various business stakeholders on strategic projects related to customs and international trade.
8. Together with regional indirect tax manager and relevant stakeholders in Midea Planet indonesia.
9. Manages relationship and liaises with Customs and relevant Government Agencies.
10.Manages relationship and liaises with Trucking company, Forwarding, Shipping company, warehouse storage, and Forwarding for control cost.
11.Represents the business in external discussions and events regarding trade and customs
12. Control flow import and Export Payment scheduling and processing
13. Keep and Update Legal letter import Government ( NIK, API-U, Domisili, IU, NPIK, IT, Brand product, Label, SNI, Scofindo etc)
14. Manages performance Staff IMPORT and Staff Export for weekly report.

Today is my last day working inExim Department PT. DAI-ICHI KIMIA RAYA, , february 28, 2008 - oct 30, 2013, was approximately 4 years 8 month who work in here.

 

I would say to thanks with my bos, Especially KITANI SAN, Mr yudi Suprianto, best Ms Iori Shimura ( From TTI) , and all co-workers in PT.DKR And DKS (Onishi San, Takeuchi San, Naganuma San, all co-DKS)  over everything for your cooperation, Friendly, experience etc, I was really grateful with best cooperation in here. And it will be a treasured memory for me .

 

I also apologize for any mistakes that I make to all colleagues , in terms of attitudes , language or  my thought , intentionally or unintentionally ,  if is not pleasing to all colleagues . Hopefully in another occasion when we met , friendship and cooperation  that exists for this can be better again.
