1. Sourching import request from Marketing/Branch/ or self negotiation.
2. Dialy import procedure :
    a. Purchase Negotiation ( request waiving or discount to closing / deal ),
    b. Sourchin new supplier.
    c. order confirmation to principals/ exporter ( open PO / Repeat order)
    d. follow up order.
    e. verifikation import to sucofindofor lartas import
3. Share to Marketing for basic price of goods PT. Brataco
4. Rolling Forecast with PM/SM.
5. Update outstanding import ( Dialy import received ) to all department (SM/PM/BM/ Logistick and MT).
6. Prepare document healty POM and upload to NSW ( Depputy 2 & 3)
7. Notul Claim to ministry of finnace (Customs basic) .
8. Manages performance Staff IMPORT and Staff Export for weekly report.
9. Personal Customs negotiation tax import.
10. Provides advice and guidance to all levels of the organization regarding structuring of export and import transactions, customs duties etc.
11. Provides technical advice on matters such as classification, valuation, record keeping, country of origin, duty drawback, pre-entry review, post-entry review, broker management, and/or export import controls.
12. Develops and implements import / export policies, practices and procedures, puchasing, Logistic, basic control supply chain.
13. Plans and carry out regular audit of processes and audits to ensure compliance with the support from internal audit team / external advisor.

Dear All,

I'd like to let you know that today, I am leaving my position at As. Impor Head  Division.

I have enjoyed my tenure and I appreciate having had the opportunity to work with you for the last 2 years. Thank you for all support and encouragement you have provided me during my time when I was playing a role both as Import Dept. It is hard to finally decided that I should leave this Company since all the challenging part and our close relationship has bring me to enjoy every moment we spent together, but at the end, life is a choices - we have our own path of life,and I hope forgive me if any mistake intentional or not. and I'm always Ilham in your mine, still funny and friendship together. 

However, in my last time, let me expresses my deepest Gratitude to:

1. Mr. Jino Sugianto, thank you very much for giving me an opportunity to join the team to fight together for Midea Indonesia, once again thank you very much for teaches me many things i've never know before, and believe me to handles import team.

2. MID Team in Sales & Marketing function, Mr. Roger, Effie, Bruno, Sunny, Joyce, Ellen,  Thank you so much for your assistant during my transfer plan to Headquarters. Finally I should reconsider (again) every single part I should face there.

3. MID Team HV AC, Mr. Leon, , Mr. Fuff, Mr. Williams, Ms Phoebe,  Thank you so much for your assistant joint in MID Import team, Many lessons  whit us, new process and new case for import team.and make me growing our great future.

4. Mr. Alan Chen, thank you for bringing another color of think among our culture, for always support import team and me, with you I can share all the problem and can be a sharing partner, I believe we can do something even better in next future.
